The Rules (Project Paper Doll #1)

Spiritualism and  Historical Fiction-- I'm loving this trend in YA lately! And this one features "haunting archival early 20th century photographs" too!
Tides by Betsy Cornwell
June 4, 2013
Houghton Mifflin Harcourt

Selkie folklore!! Love it:)
Premeditated by Josin McQuein
October 2013
Delacorte BYR

The synopsis of this one sounds awesome. A girl seeks revenge on the boy that caused her cousin to commit suicide. Heck, yeah!
Dark Triumph (His Fair Assassin #2)
by Robin LaFevers
April 2, 2013
Houghton Mifflin Harcourt

To say that I'm excited to read this book would be an understatement. Loved Grave Mercy (read my review HERE)  and book #2 in this series is told from Sybella's POV. Woot! SO excited.

That's it for this edition of Revelations. Which cover do you like best? My favorite would probably be Golden by Jessi Kirby. Which book are you looking forward to most? Gotta go with Dark Triumph on that one! Leave me your thoughts in the comments below!

  5. Love these posts! Some here that I've heard of before, but many more that I haven't. The Caged Graves totally sounds like my kind of book! The image on the cover of Ink looks like an Angelina Jolie caricature, or maybe an Angie/Courtney Love hybrid!
