I have to read Shattered Souls ... it looks fantastic! I'm not sure if I could devote myself to 600+ pages just right now - way too many books in my pile to begin with!
ReplyDeleteAwesome books - happy reading. :)
I'm not sure I can devote myself to it either! But I have heard so many good things about it that I have to give it a try! Thanks for hopping by:)
DeleteI've heard of The Name of the Wind. I really need to check that one out, too. (A trip to the library is now in order!) Haha! Great haul!
ReplyDeleteThank you! It's a big book, an endeavor for sure, but the reviews are always stellar:) Thanks for dropping by!
DeleteThe cover for Storybound is gorgeous. I had never heard of that book before. Need to check that one out!
ReplyDeleteIt is a beautiful cover, it reminds me of the old cover for Ruby Red:) It's a middle grade book, first in a planned series. Thanks for stopping by again Beth:)
DeleteWow lots of great books! I need to check out Stroybound especially since I think she is a local author
ReplyDeleteHappy Reading

I believe the author is from Washington State, the Seattle area? If she's a local to you, definitely check it out! Thanks for dropping by:)
DeleteGreat set! I really want to read Academy 7. I enjoyed Everneath.
ReplyDeleteMy IMM
I think Academy 7 was on my Paperback Swap wishlist for almost a year! Glad to finally get a chance to read it!
DeleteOh, Virals! I'm super interested in reading that one. I love Bones but I've never read any of her books.
ReplyDeleteI've got the first book in the Maze Runner series but I haven't had the chance to read it yet. I'm really excited, tho!
I love Bones too! I think I started watching strictly for a David Boreanz fix(I miss Buffy and Angel so!)and ended up just loving the show. I've never read any Kathy Reichs' either, so I'll let you know how it is once I get started:)
DeleteAAH!!!! The Name of the Wind. That is all.
ReplyDeleteSure, there are other great ones here, but Patrick Rothfuss trumps them all. I am reading it now and SO IN LOVE with this story. I can't even begin to tell you.
I also want to read The Aviary and Virals, but I can't stop clapping my hands that you grabbed the Rothfuss.
You must be a big fan of fantasy, juggling Finnikin of the Rock and The Name of the Wind!I love some fantasy too:) It's been a while since I've attempted a 600+ word book but I am going to suck it up and embrace the challenge:)
DeleteShattered Souls looks really good - not to mentions the pretty cover!
ReplyDeleteHere's what's in our mailboxes!
Jamie@Addicted2Heroines

Thanks Giselle! My awesome itty bitty local library's YA section never ceases to amaze me:)
DeleteAcademy 7 and Name Of The Wind both look really good! :)
ReplyDeleteI still need to get The Death Cure! Academy 7 is one I have on my bookshelf but haven't read yet. I really want to read Shattered Souls! Can't wait to see your thoughts on it!
